    So I booked the King Hendrick and had to cancel within a few days of making the reservation, plenty of time within the time frame of allowed cancellation without penalty. I was charged for the FULL amount of what my stay would have been, nearly $500!!!! I have spoken with James several times, very polite, promising that I will be issued a full credit, however, it is now going on three weeks with no credit, nor an email confirming a credit is forthcoming. Now, my phone calls are not being picked up, no less being returned....I have notified the Town of Queensbury and am in the process of contacting the BBB.....beware of shady establishments! It is unfortunate that in order to post this I need to give the King Hendrick a star
