  We have been coming here for almost 10 years now. First, as a couple, and now, as a family. We enjoyed coming here as a couple, but there are huge advantages to being here with children. The views are beautiful from your balcony, your window, the beach, and the grounds. The sandy beach is private to the resort which means it never gets to crowded and that you are probably never more than 100 yards from your room. On the beach, you will enjoy seeing boats of all sizes drive by and the swimming area offers varying depths for children and adults alike to enjoy. The location, in proximity to the village of lake George, allows for you to be near all that the downtown has to offer but far enough away that you get that in the woods/on the lake feel that we seek. The greatest draws to this resort are the views, the balconies, the beach area, and the proximity to downtown. The camp fires and live music in the evenings, on certain nights, is also enjoyable.
